Salad Love!

Sometimes I just crave a humongous salad.........

....with all the fixins....which, in addition to the lettuce, includes fresh spinach, apples, cranberries, croutons, pecans, sunflower seeds, scallions, and a few finely sliced red peppers.  Mmm!
